Q: How do I choose the correct size for knitted coats, jackets and suits?
A: Every product page includes a dedicated size chart with chest, length, waist and hip measurements. Knitted fabrics have natural stretch, so please compare your body measurements with the chart instead of relying only on standard Indian/US size labels. You can also contact our support team for fit guidance before ordering.
Q: Can I return a knitted jacket or coat if the fit is not suitable for me?
A: Yes. You can apply for return within 7 calendar days after delivery. The garment must remain unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact. Return shipping charges will be borne by you if the return reason is only unsuitable fit or change of mind.
Q: Will the knitted fabric shrink after the first wash?
A: We source pre-shrunk knitted fabrics for most of our outerwear. However, minor shrinkage may still happen if washed with hot water or machine dried at high heat. Please follow the wash care label attached inside each garment to minimise shrinkage.
